'A friend of the family'

Lisa Jewell is one hell of a writer. She doesn't write formally. Yes, it's indeed a fiction and narrative story yet it's informal. I'll usually frown on the informal pop-fiction storybook. Nonetheless, this book made me alter my opinion about books that shares the same genre with 'A friend of the family'.

Well, this has been a quite random entry I must say but I was merely confessing about how funny, emotional and funny this book can get.
